Jeffrey Falk Founder and Lead Instructor BLS/CPR Stop the Bleed

Jeffrey is a U.S. military veteran, retired law enforcement professional, and experienced instructor who has taught law enforcement and public-safety topics since 2011. As the founder of Charge On Training Center, he provides CPR, first aid, BLS, workplace safety, security, and emergency-preparedness training. Jeffrey believes effective training should be practical, engaging, and focused on building the confidence to act when an emergency occurs. His straightforward and supportive teaching style helps students understand not only what to do, but why their actions matter.

Lisa Esposito Instructor BLS/CPR

Lisa brings personal caregiving experience and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching lifesaving skills. She enjoys helping students feel comfortable, capable, and prepared to respond during an emergency. Through patient, supportive instruction and hands-on practice, Lisa makes CPR and first aid training approachable for learners of all experience levels.

Lynn Swezey Instructor BLS/CPR

Lynn brings a strong interest in outdoor preparedness and practical emergency response to Charge On Training Center. An avid hiker who has completed intensive wilderness-survival training, she understands the importance of remaining calm and capable when professional help may be delayed. Lynn helps students build confidence through clear instruction, realistic practice, and an approachable learning environment.

Alicea is a Licensed Practical Nurse currently pursuing her Registered Nurse credential. She brings hands-on healthcare experience and a strong understanding of the practical skills healthcare professionals need in emergencies. Her clinical background helps her connect course material to real-world patient care while providing clear, supportive instruction that builds student confidence.
